These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ra77 platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ra77. Last updated January 2026.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ra77 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, playing any game, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any other person who interacts with ra77's services. ra77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Using the Platform in breach of applicable laws is solely your responsibility.

One Account

Each person may hold only one ra77 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.

Binding Agreement

Using ra77 constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms, including all future amendments.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the ra77 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations and ongoing account use:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ra77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
  • Each individual may open only one (1) account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
  • You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. ra77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
  • ra77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time it deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until the verification process is satisfied.

ra77 reserves the right to refuse any account application or to close an existing account without providing reasons, where such refusal or closure is necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ra77 supports deposits and withdrawals via locally integrated Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ra77 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to another person will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. ra77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. ra77 may request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
  • ra77 reserves the right to void and reverse any deposit that is identified as fraudulent, charged back by the payment provider, or associated with a prohibited activity as defined in these Terms.
  • In the event that a withdrawal request is submitted while an active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding, the withdrawal may be held until the wagering requirement has been completed, or the bonus forfeited at the player's election.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where amounts are displayed using the ৳ symbol, this refers to BDT. Currency conversion, if required by your payment provider, is handled entirely on their end and is not the responsibility of ra77.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ra77 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, and to any specific terms published alongside each individual Promotion:

  • Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus credit and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made. Wagering requirements and eligible games for each Promotion are specified in the individual Promotion terms.
  • Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a registered account with ra77. Attempting to claim a new-player promotion on a duplicate account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
  • ra77 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a Promotion at the time of its withdrawal will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value without completing wagering requirements, or used in any way that circumvents the intent of the Promotion.
  • ra77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to be abusing the Promotions system, colluding with other players to exploit Promotion terms, or otherwise acting in bad faith in connection with any Promotion.
📌 Rollover note: Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x rollover requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Always check the specific Promotion page for the exact rollover figure and any game-contribution percentages that apply.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and other gaming products available on the ra77 Platform are subject to the following general rules, and to the specific rules published for each product category:

  • All bets are final once confirmed. ra77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except in cases where the Platform has made a manifest error in the presentation of odds or game parameters, in which case ra77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
  • Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio providers. The outcomes of all live casino games are determined by the studio's certified random-number-generation or physical game equipment and are entirely independent of ra77. ra77 accepts no responsibility for technical interruptions to studio streams outside its direct control.
  • Slot and crash game RTPs (return-to-player percentages) are determined by the relevant game provider and are published in each game's paytable or information panel. ra77 does not alter the RTP or RNG of any game it hosts.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game session, ra77 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of disconnection. Where the game state cannot be retrieved, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
  • ra77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win caps per session or per day, and market-specific restrictions on any product at any time, with or without prior notice.

Cricket betting markets at ra77 cover the full range of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international, and other fixture types. Specific rules for cricket markets — including abandonment, rain interruption, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and super over resolution — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Responsible Gaming

ra77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following tools and obligations apply to all accounts:

  • Every account holder may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
  • Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals (other than of existing balance) will be permitted.
  • ra77 operates a responsible gaming monitoring program. Where the Platform identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling — including very high session frequency, rapid loss chasing, or extreme session duration — ra77 may proactively contact the player and may apply temporary account restrictions.
  • ra77 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Any account found to have been operated by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ra77 Platform. ra77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits held in that account:

  • Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to open a duplicate account, for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses or otherwise circumventing account-level restrictions.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, exploit promotional mechanics, or access the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
  • Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, teams, or third parties in connection with any sporting event or game outcome offered on the Platform.
  • Using funds deposited to the Platform for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, including but not limited to money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or when submitting a support request or withdrawal claim.
  • Attempting to exploit any software error, vulnerability, or pricing mistake on the Platform (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "bug exploitation"). Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known or suspected Platform error are not legitimate and will be voided.

ra77 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any investigation of prohibited conduct. Where required by applicable law, ra77 will disclose account information, transaction records, and related data to competent authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Account Suspension and Termination

ra77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. The circumstances in which ra77 may take such action include, but are not limited to:

  • Verified or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
  • A request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or payment provider that requires ra77 to restrict access to or freeze funds in the account.
  • A player's own request for self-exclusion, submitted via the account settings or to [email protected], or a determination by ra77 that the player may be experiencing problem gambling symptoms.

Where an account is closed at ra77's initiative due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons not related to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ra77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if ra77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ra77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ra77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any particular game or betting market will remain available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. ra77 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance.

Amendments to These Terms

ra77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, ra77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or via an on-Platform notification. The updated Terms will be published at ra77.vu/terms-conditions with the revised effective date clearly displayed.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ra77 operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
